    Visited the store today, January 15, 2017 at 3:00pm. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and the two employees were busy chatting. I let them finish their conversation and ask for help. They did not have any boots in the size I requested. I said I had seen them on the website and she advised me they don't ship to Canada. I asked if she would call another store and have them sent down. She advised that they don't do that, but she would call and if they had anything, I could pick them up myself. She returned to the register and I continued to look around. After a while, I realized she wasn't calling another store, just chatting again. I left and will definitely not be back. Poor customer service, poor selection, and even worse store policy.
