    Maybe the duties in a small town are different especially when crime is concerned. But I have never had a police office tell me that my tires needed to be changed. Especially when I just put them on in Jan. The reason I was stopped was for going over the speed limit which is fine. He didn't give me a ticket but do they have time in Bridgewater to do car inspections. Seems like some below their pay grade but maybe in a small town they have time for this. He also made a comment about me turning my head at him. Yes I wrote this correctly. I turned my head and that was a bad thing. I don't get it. At this point I just wanted him to go away.
