  When she did finally see someone, he was thorough and very competent, so I give two stars for this review, because he was very good with her and also in what he found out. I'd give him five stars, but the hospital and the experience bring the score down to two stars.

  An elderly lady in a wheelchair so weak she couldn't stand up, waiting for eleven hours to see someone. I was there with her. Her own doctor sent here there. It is a problem all over the country, I know. But the system seems to be breaking down.

  X-ray tech came in on Sunday and read the x-ray ..If this young man would have just moved the wrong way he could have been paralyzed ..Not all nurses or doctors are like this ...SSRH was calling on a regular basis to our home should have reported & sued ...

  Wish I knew this site was here a few years back .When my son was sent home with a broken neck ..Very rude nurse in x-ray ..my son was complaining of the pain and she told him that the doctor didnt see anything wrong and if someone was to be complaining it should be her ..having to be there with a heavy aporn on her chest for protection ..By Sunday he was going via by ambulance to Halifax to be placed in a halo ..

  Negative emerg staff with a few good drs. The "release" counsellor nurse is from my nightmares nasty and unhelpful... I would drive to Halifax if i could avoid going here... Or lunenburg to avoid waits.

  Came in to the ER at 0630, was seeing a nurse by 0700. I experienced short wait times, pleasant knowledgeable staff, and decent food as far as hospital food goes. They listened when I told them what I suspected my issue was, and I was in surgery that evening. They informed me of everything that would be happening, and checked my bracelet consistently. Enjoyed my stay.
