  They are crooks...when you cancel...they will charge two more months! There are hidden fees all over the place with this company including a start up and cancel fee they don't tell you about when you sign up! My opinion...find another gym...your pocket book will thank you!

  Steam room is useless. Only works half the time. The only reason we signed up was for the steam room ....when it doesn't work (times over a week) they just expect the clientele to pay for it anyways.....

  It's great and all until they charge you $134 due to 2 missed payments and then fail to notify you until two months later. They also don't tell you about the $50 PLUS TAX fee to close the account or that you will have to pay your next months fee to cancel.

  If you're on a corporate rate, you might also want to confirm the amount you're being charged. They put the rate up without notifying you.
