  The service was pretty poor. We arrived with a party of 4 and only 1 other table was occupied ...we weren't offered a glass of water or given cutlery and had to ask for both. The main I ordered was even wrong... I didn't even bother to say anything! I could understand if they were busy but the place was dead! I think they need to step up their game with the service. The food was just ok!

  Not sure if it's under new ownership now but it is not as good as it used to be, and they do not cater to vegetarians and vegans very well.. Very small sections for those foods.

  Tonight, I got great service, and enjoyed a couple of New Year's drinks. I ordered some food to go that was never put into the kitchen, or that the kitchen missed somehow. Once the emission was discovered, the waitress came to let me know, and I told her that I was on a tight schedule and not able to wait. It had already been about half an hour since the order was put in. I'm afraid to Boston Pizza is just too corporate. Instead of offering me some type of rain check or basically anything at this point to makeup for the air all I got was I'm sorry. In the hospitality industry, everything that could be done should be done when it comes to keeping customers happy, to keep them coming back. In this instance I feel that Boston Pizza could have done something outside of a simple I'm sorry, to make up for the error. Our waitress was great. The place is clean, and it was a pleasant visit. I'm sure that I won't go back anytime soon because of this, despite the fact that the NFL playoffs are about to start and this is the only place in town that could be considered a sports bar. They get two stars, and the only reason they're not getting one is because of how great the waitress was.
